SHIPPING
Do you live in our shipping area?
- At this time shipping is only available within Canada.
How much will shipping cost?
- Flat Rate Shipping Canada:
- $15 flat rate shipping on orders between $75 – $124.99 before taxes
- $10 flat rate shipping on orders between $125 – $200 before taxes
- Free shipping on orders over $200 before taxes.
- At checkout, you can choose to get your parcel shipped by your courier of choice either standard or expedited, shipping fee is calculated at checkout, depending on the size of the package, the shipping destination and courier selected (Canada Only).
What if my items are damaged or lost?
- The Refillery is not responsible for lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcels. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can in dealing with the delivery company. Damaged items will be replaced on a case by case basis.
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the billing and shipping information. If you notice an error on your order confirmation please let us know right away as we cannot change the destination once the items are shipped.
PACKAGING
Zero waste shipping isn’t quite an option yet – but here at The Refillery we do take our commitment to the planet seriously. We purposefully choose brands with minimal packaging and those who use renewable or recyclable packaging materials.
Our shipping packaging is either biodegradable, compostable or recyclable and we upcycle as much packing materials from our suppliers as we can.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges and all sales are final.
Damages + Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately by email at therefillery@proton.me if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number in the subject line, a description of the issue and photos if possible.
We will do our best to replace any damaged item, however, should the item be unavailable the customer will have the option to choose a new item of equal value or be issued a store credit.
As we do not offer refunds or exchanges, please be careful and thoroughly review all ingredients before making a purchase to ensure there are no allergies. For products where ingredients are not available on the website, please contact us at therefillery@proton.me and we will be happy to assist you.
