ue to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges and all sales are final.

Damages + Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately by email at therefillery@proton.me if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number in the subject line, a description of the issue and photos if possible. 

We will do our best to replace any damaged item, however, should the item be unavailable the customer will have the option to choose a new item of equal value or be issued a store credit.

As we do not offer refunds or exchanges, please be careful and thoroughly review all ingredients before making a purchase to ensure there are no allergies. For products where ingredients are not available on the website, please contact us at therefillery@proton.me
